                           Data cable with PUR jacket in reference with

• Wires:                   Bare copper stranding
                           Extra fine copper stranding according to VDE 0295 min. cl. 6,
                           IEC 60228 at least class 6 and HDD 383
• Conductors:              TPE-E conductor insulation (thermoplastic elastomer)
                           Conductors in layers with optimal lay-up length
• Core identification:     Coloured cores
                           Core indentificaion according to DIN 47100 (see colour code
                           tale in chapter Technology and information)
• Shielding:               DY-shielding
                           Shielded by  a lap of bare copper or tinned copper wires 
                           Minimum optical coverage of 90%
• Outer sheath:            PUR jacket
                           Outer sheath fully extruded, sheating material TMPU
                           in reference with VDE 0282 part 10, appendix A
• CE:                      According to regulation EG 1907/2006 (REACH) and
                           EG directive 2002/95/EG (ROHS) as well as 
                           EG low voltage directive 2011/65/EG

                           from 0,25 mm² - 300 V
• Test voltage:            1.000 V
• Temperature range:       -25°C up to +70°C 
• Other properties:        Very high flexibility - even in cold conditions. High notch and
                           abrasion resistance, tear and cut resistant. Oil resistant
                           according to VDE 0472 part 803/B. All materials used in the
                           manufacturing process are free of silicon, cadmium and free
                           of substances harmful to the wetting properties of lacquers.
